Pace Leaders
7:30 AM: If you want to join a pace group in the half marathon or marathon, meet up with the pace leaders right outside the Bushnell Memorial Hall (where gear check is located). Look for the tall PACE GROUP signs.

Post-Race Recovery Day

Sunday, Oct 15
9:00 – 10:00 AM Recovery Run / Walk – soundRUNNER Glastonbury (63 Hebron Avenue)
Join a group shake-out recovery run and walk. Pace will be easy for 3.1 miles to encourage a light return to activity post-race. Coffee and bagels after the run.

10:30 – 11:30 AM – Live Q&A with Connecticut Sports Medicine Institute physician team
Submit race recovery medical questions via email to runhmfsocial@gmail.com or to the HMF Facebook page anytime Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning. Watch for answers to post live on Facebook starting at 10:30 am. Recap Q&A also available on the HMF blog at hartfordmarathon.blogspot.com late Sunday.

Free Showers
YMCA Downtown is offering free showers on race day from 9am to 1pm. Must show bib, ID and bring a towel.
